We know that sometimes you need an office away from the office, a desk away from the home, a flexible workspace that suits your requirements.
Flex at The Media Centre offers a range of packages to suit your working needs, from pay-as-you-go daily or weekly desk hire to monthly designated desk hire with 24/7 access.
All users also receive complimentary access to our communal breakout space, located next to reception, during their hire. The breakout space is great for informal meetings, as a place to have 5 minutes away from your desk, or as somewhere relaxing to eat lunch.
Flex: Daily (£11.00 per day + vat)
Daily hot desk hire with high speed Wi-Fi connectivity for a single user with access between 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Flex: Weekly (£45.00 per week + vat)
Weekly hot desk hire with high speed Wi-Fi connectivity for a single user with access between 8.30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Flex: Boost 12 days for use within a 6 month period (£120.00 + vat)
Pre-buy 12 days of Flex hot desk hire (as per Flex: Daily), to be used within 6 months of purchase.
Flex: Plus 24 days for use within a 12 month period (£230.00 + vat)

Flex: Your Desk (£165.00 per month + vat)
Rolling monthly hire of a dedicated desk with high speed Wi-Fi connectivity and lockable storage for a single user with unlimited 24/7 access.
The package also includes:
Up to 32 hours per month free meeting room hire
Kitchenette access
A business address with mail receipt and handling
Your business name displayed in The Media Centre Reception
All packages can be booked by Flex Members and becoming a Flex Member is free and easy.
